I want to thank you so much for being my personal trainer for the past six years. I was certainly a challenge to you at every turn, but you always managed to find a way to get me to excercise in spite of my physical limitations and lack of coordination. You made excercise interesting with constant changes to the routine.

One of the things I will miss most when I move down south is the kind, thoughtful care that you've given me. Anyone who has you as their trainer should consider themselves lucky.

Three years ago I decided to join a gym again after years of "working out" at home. My son's wedding was coming up and I wanted to look better and lose weight. I saw Chrissy at the gym and thought working out with a trainer would help me reach my goals faster. Turrned out it was one of the best things I ever did! Chrissy is an extremely knowledgeable and competent trainer with extensive fitness training and knowledge of the human body. She can train anyone of any sex age or fitness level. With her help and expertise I am now lighter than when I joined the gym, much stronger, more flexible and fit, and much happier with myself. I still struggle with complex emotional issues associated with food, but with Chrissy's help and support I'm working through these issues.

So don't be deceived by the tiny size of this woman. Her abilities on the gym floor and in her office dealing with emotional issues or weight loss and fitness are phenomenal. If you are willing to work hard and listen to her, I'm sure you will find hiring Chrissy as you trainer was one of the best things you ever did!

I need to say THANK YOU! You helped me get my life back. I came to you a year ago after saying to myself that I need a trainer, what has worked in the past is not working for me now. I had gained alot of unwanted weight and looked old. When I hired you I was 260 Lbs, (when I finally got on a scale) and wearing size 40 jeans, OMG, and out of shape. From a a guy who played football and waS on the NAVY power lifting team 25 years ago.

Now, after a year or so, many spin classes, weight training and your tough ab work outs, you have me in 34 jeans and 205 lbs. In October I did the Gap Gallop with a buddy of mine, the metric century ride (68miles) by Monuntain bike. This year I am planning on many more different running and biking events to stay motivated.

Dear Chrissy,

Even though I worked out 3 times a week for years, I saw no real difference in my body, Thankfully, five years ago I started training with you, and now my body finally feels toned. Your training offers the complete work-out by providing core strength exercises, weight training, Pilates, and cardio vascular movements. Each week you present a different work-out routine to focus on my individual needs. you have a natural ability of knowing my body's strengths and weaknesses. My training sessions are not only fun, but you motivate me to want to do my best.

Another benefit of our sessions is learning the proper technique of excercises and how to properly use the machines. By having you constantly watching and improving my form, I am now able to get the best work out during fitness classes or using the machines.

Chrissy, you are an outstanding trainer. You always put your "all" into your work. I want to thank you for being a trainer who shows enthusiasm and compassion as well as helping me to achieve my fitness goals.

Dear Chrissy,

How do I express my grattiude for all your efforts to make my 40 something year old body feel like a 20 something year old body? Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!!!

I never had abs like this in my twenties, and I have always worked out to keep fit. I can see the cuts. I am stronger, healthier, and more energetic than I have been in a long time. My stamina is phenomenal and this helps me everyday to manage the stress of work, raising children and managing a home. I am so proud and I could not hae any of this without your dedication and skill working with my body and mind.

I am sorry to leave, but family concerns will take me out of the area. I know what to do, you have taught me well. Good luck in your future endeavors and once again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

To Whom It May Concern

I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Christine Thomas. Christine has been my personal trainer since January 2003. I have a multitude of health conditions that include asthma, hypothyroidism and limited mobility of my spine due to a spinal fusion and degenerative arthritis of the lower spine. When I first started training with Christine my weight was at an all time high. I had tried other trainers in the past but they never seemed to understand my health issues and as a result I was unsuccessful. I was skeptical that I would ever be able to lose the weight and get back into shape but Christine's enthusiasm and positive outlook gave me the courage to begin.

Christine's knowledge along with her enthusiasm and flexible approach has provided me with support, encouragement and the ability to engage in a healthier lifestyle. She never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. Because of her hard work and dedication I have gone from a sixe 14 to sixe 9. I have lost several inches in my waist, hips and thighs and my body fat has dropped significantly.

Christine is warm, caring, empathic, analytical, direct, engaging and extremely competent in all that she does. She accepted the challenge of my health problems head on and gave me the belief that I could reach my goals. I know that if it were not for her support and commitment to me, I never would have succeeded. I believe that she will be an incredible asset to any company or individual she works with.

I've always loved working out and going to the gym to stay in shape. Then, three years ago, I had my son and life got a little crazy. This past summer I made the commitment to myself to get back in the gym and get back in shape. I also decided I needed a little more motivation this time around. I met with Chrissy and we just clicked. Chrissy has abundant knowledge on physical fitness and nutrition and knows how to train you according to your body type and fitness goals. She motivates you and keeps each training session exciting with new moves. She is a unique trainer because she trains you on more than just machines.
